1. Acceptance
By accessing toolkitaspenpath.click or engaging Toolkit Aspen Path Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”) for cabinet mapping services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, do not use this website or our services.
2. Services described
We provide in-person cabinet mapping, labelling, printed map delivery, recovery rehearsal visits, and annual storage reviews for offline wallet devices and backup materials. Service scope is defined in your written quote or session confirmation.
3. No custody or financial services
We do not hold cryptocurrency, seed phrases, PINs, or wallet credentials. We do not execute transactions, provide investment recommendations, or guarantee asset recovery. See our Not Financial Advice page.
4. Client responsibilities
You must be present for on-site sessions, provide accurate device counts, and open compartments yourself. You are responsible for the security of printed maps and labels after handover.
5. Intellectual property
Website content, map templates, and labelling conventions are owned by Toolkit Aspen Path Co., Ltd. Printed maps delivered to you are licensed for personal or internal business use within your household or organisation. Redistribution of our templates for commercial training requires written permission.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, we are not liable for loss arising from inaccurate information you provide, unauthorised access to your storage after session completion, market losses, or device malfunction. Our aggregate liability for any claim related to a paid session is limited to fees paid for that session.
7. Appointments and cancellation
Cancellation terms are set out in our Refund Policy. Late cancellation or no-show may forfeit deposits.
8. Website use
You may not scrape this site, attempt unauthorised access, or use automated tools to submit forms. Information on this site is subject to change without notice.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Gyeonggi Province unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise.
