Who this session is for
Households and small offices holding multiple hardware wallets — Ledger, Trezor, Coldcard, or similar — alongside metal seed plates, paper backups in sealed envelopes, or split-shard containers. The session suits anyone who has added devices over the years and can no longer recall which shelf holds which recovery material.
What you receive
- Walk-through of every storage location you designate (fire-rated cabinet, desk safe, secondary off-site box)
- Tamper-evident labels applied to devices and backup pouches — codes only, never seed words written by us
- Printed compartment map (A3, two copies) showing shelf, drawer, and pouch assignments
- Recovery rehearsal checklist tailored to your device count
What is excluded
- We do not photograph seed phrases, enter PINs, or connect wallets to computers
- We do not provide investment guidance or wallet setup tutorials beyond storage documentation
- Cabinet purchase or installation is separate; we map what you already own
Process
- Intake call — You describe device count, cabinet types, and whether a secondary location exists. We confirm on-site access requirements.
- On-site inventory — The technician records device model, backup medium type, and physical location. You remain present for every opened compartment.
- Labelling — Sequential codes (e.g. W-01, B-02) link the printed map to physical items without exposing recovery data.
- Handover — You receive two printed maps and a rehearsal checklist. One map can be stored separately from primary devices.
Timeline and location
Sessions run Tuesday through Saturday. Goyang and Ilsan visits typically schedule within ten business days. Seoul and Incheon may require additional travel time built into the quote.
Pricing basis
Starting at ₩480,000 for up to four devices and two cabinet locations. Additional devices, off-site visits, or split-location mapping are quoted after intake.
