Overview
This policy applies to cabinet mapping sessions, recovery rehearsal visits, annual storage reviews, and prepaid retainers booked with Toolkit Aspen Path Co., Ltd.
Deposits
On-site sessions require a 30% deposit to confirm the appointment date. Deposits are invoiced by bank transfer. Your slot is held once payment clears.
Full refund eligibility
You receive a full refund of amounts paid if:
- We cancel the session due to technician illness or unsafe travel conditions
- You cancel at least 7 calendar days before the scheduled start time
Deposits refunded under these conditions within 10 business days to the original payment method.
Partial refund
If you cancel between 3 and 6 calendar days before the session, we refund 50% of the deposit. The remainder covers reserved calendar time and label preparation.
Non-refundable items
- Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled start time
- No-shows without prior notice
- Work already performed on site (mapping, labelling, or map printing completed)
- Tamper-evident labels and printed maps already produced for your session
- Travel fees for technicians already en route
- Prepaid retainer months elapsed without a scheduled review, unless we failed to offer available dates
Rescheduling
One free reschedule is permitted if requested at least 5 calendar days in advance. Additional reschedules may incur a ₩40,000 administrative fee.
Session dissatisfaction
If mapping work was performed but the delivered map contains factual errors in compartment codes we assigned, contact us within 14 days for a correction visit at no charge. This does not cover changes you made to storage after the session.
Refund process
Email contact@toolkitaspenpath.click with your name, session date, and reason. Approved refunds process within 10 business days via bank transfer.
Retainer cancellation
Annual retainers may be cancelled before the next review period with 30 days written notice. Unused review visits are not refunded pro-rata unless we could not offer scheduling within 60 days of your request.
