What we collect
Contact form submissions — Name, email, optional district, session type, and message content.
Appointment records — Phone number, address for on-site visits, device counts, and scheduling notes you provide. We do not record seed phrases, PINs, or wallet balances.
Website technical data — Server logs may include IP address, browser type, and pages viewed. Analytics cookies are used only with consent (see Cookie Policy).
How we use data
- Respond to inquiries and schedule sessions
- Prepare quotes and printed compartment maps
- Comply with legal obligations in Korea
We do not sell personal data. We do not upload seed or wallet recovery information to cloud services.
Retention
Contact form messages: up to 24 months unless a session is booked, then retained with session records for 7 years for tax and dispute purposes. Session field notes are destroyed within 30 days of map delivery unless you request extended retention in writing.
Legal basis
Processing is based on contract performance (scheduled sessions), legitimate interest (responding to inquiries), and consent where required (non-essential cookies).
Your rights
Under applicable Korean privacy law you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data. Contact contact@toolkitaspenpath.click. You may lodge a complaint with the Personal Information Protection Commission.
International transfers
Primary storage is in the Republic of Korea. If we use email providers with servers abroad, we rely on contractual safeguards appropriate to the transfer.
Security
We restrict access to client records to assigned technicians and coordinators. Printed maps are handed to you physically; we do not email map contents.
